-
Members will be charged every 28 days for a contract period of 12 months. After 12 months, memberships will transition into a month to month commitment, and will continue unless cancelled with at least 28 days prior notice.
-
Members will be charged a one-time registration fee of $75
-
Membership class credits expire 28 days after each autopay.
-
Members are allowed to 'reserve' classes "unpaid" up to two months ahead of their next scheduled autopay. Each time my autopay renews, membership credits will be manually applied by Womack and Bowman - The Loft staff to my future "unpaid" reservations in consecutive order.
-
Members may take additional classes than their membership offers. Though members are allowed to reserve future classes as "unpaid," it is the member's responsibility to purchase additional class packages and/or drop in credits to cover those reservations. If there is a case where all of the members credits are used during their 28 day membership cycle and they reserve an additional class or classes as "unpaid," and they do not have any packages or drop in credits in their account at the time of the class, Womack and Bowman - The Loft will charge the members account the drop in rate of $40 for the class. It is the members responsibility to purchase classes or packages before the start of the class that they have an "unpaid" reservation for, or cancel their "unpaid" reservation at least 12 hours prior to the start of class if i do not wish to be charged the $40 fee.
-
Members may upgrade their membership at any time. (please email info@womackandbowman.com)
-
Membership autopay freeze: In order to freeze an autopay, an emailed request must be made at least 28 days in advance of members next billing date in order for the request to be effective from the following month. Billing date is based on members activation date.
-
Members may elect to freeze their autopay charges once per year for a one time fee of $20. The freeze is activated at the start of the next billing cycle and can be requested in 4 week- increments for up to 6 months. To request the freeze, email info@womackandbowman.com. -
