
STUDIO POLICIES​

12 hr Cancelation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation please early cancel your reservation online at least 12 hours in advance or you will be charged in full for missing the class.

Waitlist – If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist. If you get added to the class from the waitlist you will receive an email confirmation. If it is your first time using our waitlist system please keep an eye out on your junk mail, as sometimes our emails get forwarded there.

Our classes and open workouts are for adults 18yrs and over. If you would like to inquire about a teenager joining a class please have a parent or guardian contact us at info@womackandbowman.com

Please arrive 15 minutes early to class. If you are more than 10 minutes late to class, it is at the teacher’s discretion if it is safe or appropriate to join the class.

Please wear leggings, or something easy to move in that covers the backs of your knees.

Please remove jewelry as well as avoid wearing clothing with zippers especially during aerial silks or hammock class (zippers may damage equipment)
Membership policies:
Please read these policies carefully. These terms are part of your membership agreement and are subject to the California Health Studio Services Contract Law and the California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL).

Membership Structure & Billing

Contract Term: Memberships are structured as a 12-month contract period, with payments automatically charged every 28 days.

Automatic Renewal: Your membership agreement will automatically renew for subsequent 12-month terms unless you cancel the automatic renewal before the end of the current term. Auto-payments will continue indefinitely unless canceled.

Registration Fee: A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $75 will be charged upon sign-up.

Upgrade: You can upgrade your membership anytime. There is no registration fee to upgrade. Please email info@womackandbowman.com to upgrade your membership.

Cancellation and Renewal Notice
​
General Cancellation (To Stop Auto-Renewal of 12-Month Contract):
​
To prevent your 12-month contract from automatically renewing for another 12 months, you must cancel the automatic renewal before the end of the current term. The cancellation method must be in the same medium through which you enrolled.

Online Sign-ups: If you signed up online, you must cancel online. Log in to your Mindbody profile and un-click the "auto-renew" button in your account settings.

In-Person/Staff Assisted Sign-ups: If you registered with staff assistance, you may cancel by sending a cancellation request email to info@womackandbowman.com.

Timeliness: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current 12-month contract period, and no further 12-month term will be charged.

Annual Renewal Reminder Notice:
We will send you a clear annual reminder notice 15 days before your contract renews for another year. This notice will detail the terms, costs, and instructions on how to cancel.
Early Contract Termination (During the 12-Month Term)
California law provides specific rights to cancel your contract early for certain reasons. Early termination and a prorated refund of any prepaid amount will be allowed under these conditions:

Disability or Health Issues: You or your estate may cancel the contract if you become disabled or have health issues that affect your capacity to use the studio's facilities. A written statement by your physician verifying the condition is required.

Relocation: You may cancel if you move more than 25 miles from the studio's location. Written proof of relocation, such as a copy of a new lease or utility bill with your name and new address, is required.

Cancellation Fees for Early Termination: In the event of early cancellation due to relocation, the studio may charge a cancellation fee of not more than $100 ($50 if more than half the contract life has expired), as permitted by California Civil Code § 1812.85.

5-Day Right to Cancel Notice (Required Disclosure):

Under California law, members have the right to cancel the agreement within five business days of signing. The notice shall be sent by written notice, certified mail, or telegram to Womack and Bowman - The Loft at 1804B Flower Street Glendale CA 91201

Membership Usage Policies
​

Credit Expiration: Class credits expire 28 days after each autopay. They do not roll over.

Class Reservations: You can reserve classes up to two months in advance. These reservations will show up as unpaid until your next round of membership credits go through to be applied, or if you have an additional package or drop in, the system will use that credit to hold your spot. Once your membership credits renew, Staff will reassign your credits in order of expiration.

Class Cancelation: Class cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the class credit.

Additional Classes & Fees: Members can reserve future classes as unpaid. Once your membership cycle renews every 4 weeks and credits and applied, any classes attended beyond your allocated membership credits will incur a $45 fee drop-in fee per class. To avoid this fee, please ensure you purchase additional credits or cancel unpaid reservations at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time.

Membership Freeze Policy

Requesting a Freeze: To freeze your autopay, email info@womackandbowman.com at least 28 days before your next billing date.

Freeze Details: You can freeze your autopay once a year for a $20 fee. Freezes start at the next billing cycle, can be requested in 4-week increments, and last up to 6 months. Autopay will restart automatically after the freeze ends.

This is why we, in collaboration with studio staff and instructors have spent countless hours devising a comprehensive plan, that adheres to LA County Health guidelines as well as addresses the unique needs of our aerial community.
Updated Covid protocols :​

LA County mask mandate changes February 25th, 2022. Masks are now optional while inside the studio.

LA County Vaccination mandate no longer in enforce.

All studio apparatus may now be shared.

Studio and bar apparatus will be cleaned daily. Silks and Hammocks will be rotated daily and cleaned regularly. Disinfectant and cleaning products will continue to be available throughout the studio.
